The basics of how quotes, orders and delivery work with us.

These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotations and orders placed with Valley Advertising FZE. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Product names, descriptions, sizes and photographs on this site are for general information. Photos show examples of our past work; finished items are made to the specification agreed in your quotation and may differ in detail. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legal right to use any text, logos and images you send us. We will share a design proof for approval before production where applicable; once you approve it, we are not responsible for errors in the approved content such as spelling or colours shown differently on screen and in print.
Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice. Custom-made and printed items are produced specially for you, so an advance payment is normally required before production starts. Ownership of goods stays with us until they are paid in full.
Lead times are estimates and depend on the product, quantity and approval time. We will tell you promptly if a delay is expected. Delivery and installation within the UAE can be arranged and will be quoted separately where applicable. Please check goods on delivery and report any issue within 48 hours.
Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled or changed without paying for the work and materials already used. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change an order.
We make our products with care and will repair or replace items with a manufacturing defect reported to us within a reasonable time. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation by others, or extreme weather beyond the conditions the product is designed for. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods concerned, to the extent the law permits.
The content, design and photographs on this website belong to Valley Advertising or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We may show photos of completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
