How to plan a kiosk project and avoid common mistakes
- Get the venue rules first. Size, height, finish, lighting and fire-safety rules decide the design.
- List what must fit inside. Till, stock, equipment, power and water.
- Choose materials for daily wear. Surfaces that people touch need to resist scratches.
- Plan lighting early. It changes the structure and the power route.
- Approve the 3D design. Changes are cheaper before fabrication starts.
The most common mistake is designing before the mall sends its rules. That leads to rework. Ask for the guidelines and send them with your first message.
Fabrication, installation and approvals
We build in our Sharjah facility and install on site, with project management for larger jobs. Our metal fabrication, carpentry and acrylic services cover structure and finish, and our signage team can add illuminated logos. Mall and venue approvals are normally the operator's responsibility, and we supply drawings and visuals for them. Always confirm requirements with the venue, landlord or authority in your emirate.
